By accessing eYetenek or using its services, you accept these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, you must not use the services.
If you use the service for an organisation or another person, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms on their behalf.
2. Services
eYetenek provides tools such as CV analysis, AI interview practice, career insights, and optional expert support. Available features may vary based on your account, selected package, and the current state of the service.
The service is intended to support career preparation. eYetenek does not guarantee a job, internship, education, or other outcome.
3. AI output and personal decisions
AI-generated analysis, recommendations, questions, and feedback are for general information and preparation. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your context.
Before making an application, career change, or other important decision, you should assess the output yourself and, when appropriate, consult a qualified professional. The service is not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.
4. Account and security
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and current. You may be responsible for activity carried out through your account, subject to promptly reporting a compromise of the secure authentication infrastructure.
You must not share your account, act as another person, or expose your security information.
5. User content
You retain ownership of the CV, answers, and other content you upload. You grant us the limited permission needed to use that content to provide and secure the service and generate the outputs you request.
You represent that you have the right to use the content you share and that it does not infringe another person’s rights. You must not upload another person’s personal data without the required permission.
6. Paid services and payments
When a paid service is offered, its price, scope, and payment terms are shown before the purchase or request step. Creating a payment request may not, by itself, mean that the service has been approved or the purchase completed.
Cancellations, refunds, and payment disputes are assessed under the specific terms presented to you and applicable consumer law.
7. Acceptable use
When using the service, you must not:
- Break the law or infringe another person’s rights or privacy.
- Send malware, test the service’s security, or attempt unauthorised access to the infrastructure.
- Disrupt the service with automated, excessive, or abusive requests.
- Impersonate a person or organisation or use false information.
- Use the service for commercial data collection or resale without eYetenek’s express permission.
8. Intellectual property
The eYetenek brand, software, design, text, and other service components belong to eYetenek Danışmanlık or its licensors. These terms give you only a limited, non-transferable right to use the service for personal and permitted purposes.
Except where permitted by law, you must not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the components.
9. Availability and changes
We do not guarantee that the service will be continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may pause or change features for maintenance, security, technical failure, or force majeure.
We will try to communicate material changes through a reasonable method. Continuing to use the service after a change means that you accept the updated terms.
10. Suspension and termination
We may limit or terminate your account or access to the service to protect security, meet a legal obligation, or prevent a breach of these terms.
You may contact us to close your account. Provisions that should continue by their nature remain effective after termination.
11. Liability
We aim to provide the service with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of AI output, a particular career outcome, or uninterrupted operation on every device.
Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.
